Mark has been ministering for over 25 years in the Lord’s Church. He is the Co-Laborer of Oasis of Praise International Ministries, located in Portland, Oregon under the leadership of Apostle Levell Thomas.
Mark was ordained as an elder in the Rhema Fellowship of Churches under the leadership of Bishop David E. Martin in 2005. Over the years Pastor Jackson has faithfully served the Lord ministering in conferences, on the radio, revivals in various cities and states. God has graced him with the gift of prophecy, word of knowledge and gift of healing. He is married to Minister Crystal Jackson and they have three children together. They both serve as the Couples Ministry Leaders of the church and are managing partners of Shared Successes Consulting, LLC.
Pastor Jackson serves as the Secretary of International Praise Festival (IP FEST), an annual outdoor praise festival. The vision of IP Fest is from the heart of pastors from culturally diverse backgrounds who share the same heart and passion to see the church as one and the city reached by the gospel of Jesus Christ through that oneness, while appreciating each other’s cultural difference in worship.
In addition, he serves as one of the provincial ministry leads for the Global United Fellowship founded by Bishop Neil Ellis. His leadership is focused within the North Pacific Province under the leadership of the Provincial Bishop C.T. Wells covering six states.
Pastor Jackson’s commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God is further realized through his passionate work in the community. He is the Co-Founder of REAP Inc, a local nonprofit organization. REAP is a year around multicultural youth leadership program that ignites, elevates and engages ALL students to be global leaders through civic engagement, entrepreneurship and cooperative management (conflict resolution).
Moreover, he serves on the board of Individual Learning through Empowerment – Advancing Possibilities (ILEAP). ILEAP is a local community outreach organization that offers a comprehensive network of support focused on transitional housing, homeless feedings, family services, job training/placement and financial education.
